Rules and Regulations:

1. The erection of fences, railings, walls and hedges on any lot is prohibited.
2. The grading of lots shall be done by the workmen under the supervision of the superintendent and consent shall not in any case be granted to raise the surface of a lot above that of adjoining lots.
3. Owners may have proper markers or monuments but must consult the superintendent as to the proper size allowed in that section. To protect the grounds from injury by irresponsible workmen, the association reserves the right to construct all foundations for markers and monuments and to have all evacuations, opening of graves and the sodding or seeding of lots performed by its own workmen. No monument shall be permitted on less than four graves when a monument is placed and markers are to be used also, they shall be of the flat type and placed flush with the ground. No monument or marker shall be placed until the lot is paid for.
4. Owners of lots may plant small shrubs at the end of the monument or double marker, but in order to preserve the beauty of the grounds all plantings shall be under the supervision of the superintendent. No tree or shrub on any lot shall be cut down without the consent of the association. If any tree or shrub on any lot shall by means of their roots, branches or otherwise become detrimental to adjacent lots, paths or become unsightly, it shall be the right and the duty of the superintendent to remove such trees or shrubs.
5. No urns will be permitted on less than six graves. No homemade objects will be allowed. Only one pot of flowers allowed to a grave and all pots must be set on top of the ground in line or next to monuments or markers. No holes shall be dug for pots or flower holders unless the holders are the permanent type. No glass cans or unsightly tin cans are to be used because of the danger to men using power machines. All pots and flower holders are to be removed by October fifteenth so as not to interfere with the removal of leaves. The association shall not be responsible for any container left after that date.
6. Owners of lots shall be allowed access to the grounds at all seasonable times between the hours of eight a.m. and eight p.m.
7. To keep the final resting places of your loved ones clean, please put all wilted flowers and rubbish in the containers which are placed at convenient places throughout the cemetery.
